Nestled in the heart of the countryside in Bas-Warneton (Comines, Belgium), just 10 minutes from La Howarderie and 25 minutes from Lille , La Forgerie is a A brand new reception venue designed to host events in a peaceful, elegant, and welcoming setting . Available for rent from June 2026 , this new estate combines modern comfort , authentic charm , and high-quality services .
La Forgerie offers a large, bright and modular reception room of 254 m² , which can accommodate up to 150 seated guests , with high ceilings , brick walls and a contemporary ambiance .
The estate also has an adjoining gîte with a capacity of 22 beds , spread over 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms , with a fully equipped kitchen . Heated swimming pool , garden , terrace and barbecue area . This on-site comfort allows you to extend the festivities for a whole weekend, in a green and completely private environment.
The outdoor spaces offer an ideal setting for an open-air cocktail reception or a secular ceremony , surrounded by nature . The site has 53 parking spaces , including 3 accessible spaces for people with reduced mobility, and access is fully adapted for people with disabilities .
In addition, a 51 m² multipurpose room , equipped with a small bar , is also available. Ideal for wedding day preparations , small brunches , meetings , or other activities and seminars .
At La Forgerie , you are free to choose your service providers (Caterer, DJ, decorator… ) to organize an event that reflects your style . Hours are flexible until 4 a.m. and there is no charge on drinks .
